Windows Firewall – Error 1068 (failed to start)

Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

1. Type cmd in the search field at the task bar. Click on Command Prompt.
2.  Type the following command and hit Enter after each command:
   net localgroup administrators localservice /add
   net localgroup administrators networkservice /add
3. Exit the command prompt.
4. Restart your PC.
